These delicious little treats came in awesome glass ramekins, which is part of the reason Dawn (impulse) purchased them to begin with. That and the assurance that they are prepared with “fresh eggs”. Each one comes with a tiny packed of what I can only describe as caramel dust to sprinkle on top before you pop them into the oven. Did it taste like Creme Brulee? Very nearly. A decent substitute with awesome glasses we’ll now be using.
